查爾斯頓貝內特飯店(Hotel Bennett Charleston)

We come to Charleston often but this was our first stay at Hotel Bennett. We often stay across the park at the Dewberry, and found the Bennett to be slightly more convenient in proximity to shops and restaurants. The property is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The concierge helped us sniff out some new places we’d not been previously that were fabulous. The view of the park is spectacular. However, our premier kind corner room was cramped (we travelled with two littles) and we had to regularly call for our room to be cleaned. We also found the acoustics of the hotel to be noisy, and the air conditioner clicking on and off was so loud it would literally wake the baby. The water was not always hot in the bathtub (but when it was, it was great). The room service menu was limited, but they did accommodate some special requests from my toddler. All in all, it was a good experience.

Wonderful facility and staff. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. For things that can improve: guests should not have to pay to access the pool, and the fitness facility is not equipped to support a facility of this size and caliber (too few treadmills and lacks proper ventilation). Thanks for a great stay.

My husband and I came to Charleston for our anniversary. Choose to stay at Hotel Bennet due to the location and restaurant and bars available on property. Was above expectations starting at checkin. Was very please and will recommend to friends and family.

This is the most amazing hotel that I have stayed at in the US. All the staff from the reception, valet, doorman, hostess, cleaning crew, etc. provided impeccable service. The hotel is gorgeous and filled with beautiful fresh florals. The room was clean and you are treated to special touches like automatic drapes, a great hair dryer, and chocolates on the pillow. You never have to ask for water. It is handed out all over the hotel. This may sound like a small thing, but it just makes the whole experience wonderful. There is something to be said about amazing customer service.

The Hotel has an upgrade to the King’s Club which is superb. They offer a continental breakfast, lunch and hors d’oeuvres in the evening. They offer a wide variety of cocktails and a selection of quality wine as part of the upgrade at no additional cost and incredible staff waiting on you A must for anyone staying at the hotel

Was extremely happy from the moment we stepped out of our car receiving attention right away to start unloading and checking in. Everyone during our stay was always very attentive asking if we needed anything. The room was very clean and spacious. Complimentary Nespresso was also very nice in the mornings.

My husband and I loved this hotel! It’s absolutely beautiful and the staff and service was wonderful! The food in their restaurant, the Gabrielle was delicious! The LaPatisserie was great for breakfast! We would highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel, perfectly located just blocks from restaurants, bars, and shops, staff was beyond attentive and polite. Extremely clean. I also need to know what pillows they use because they are the best I’ve ever laid my head on.

The hotel was beautiful, everyone was very kind and welcoming. The pool is not as pictured--it was very small and while we were there, it was filled with loud kids. The rooms are well-appointed and the bakery on the first floor is lovely. Great location, walkable to everything!
