Location, location location-and a a wonderful host! The location is perfect for Folly Beach, Sullivan's Island and Charleston. The house was immaculate! Well stocked. Was easy in easy out! Great communications with our host! Neighborhood is nice. Well kept, parking is for 2 cars, with street parking availability. I would highly recommend this property!

Excellent for a retreat near the beach! We enjoyed our stay very much. The setup was welcoming, everything was very clean and neat, and there is plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the beach is just a ten minute drive away. 10/10!

Beautiful home in friendly, quiet neighborhood The home was comfortable, spotless, and beautiful. It's very conveninetly located, making it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent Our ladies trip was everything we wanted in our get away. Did not know we would be in James Island, however it turned out to be great. We were away from the noise of the city and good location to Catholic church for Lenten Services and grocery store. The condo was beautifully furnished and supplied with all our needs, great hostess, I have never been disapointed with VRBO
