Muy bueno Muy cómodo y acogedor, ideal para estancias cortas

This hotel is extremely dated and in desperate need of renovation. The carpets in both the hallways and rooms were dirty, stained, and heavily worn. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable—thin mattresses placed on basic metal frames. I've slept more comfortably on pullout couches. Unfortunately, the condition of the beds wasn’t even the worst part. We discovered a large, disgusting stain on one of the mattresses that had clearly been there for some time. Since it was very late when we returned to the room, we didn’t have the energy to address it with staff right away. The next morning, I showed a photo of the stain to the front desk, and the response was completely apathetic. The woman I spoke with simply said she would tell her boss, with no apology or attempt to make it right. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to stay somewhere else. This place is not worth the money or the discomfort.

For a King Suite there should be a minimum a lounge chair to read and lights over the desk. We had planned to stay a couple hours in the morning to read. Because of the Spartan facilities we left at 6 am.

Excellent staff members. It was a nice place. Unfortunately the bed was so hard. Clean sheets and comforters.

Room had makeover since last visit. Spotless, firm mattress, excellent pillows Shower VG Best value for $ in Charleston
