This is a charming home with a riverfront view! It has easy access to the interstate and located approximately 7 minutes drive from Yeager Airport and the WV State Capitol Complex. It is only one mile from Charleston Civic Center, Charleston Town Center Mall and close proximity to all major hospitals in Charleston, WV. Magic Island and Haddad Parks are within walking distance, as well as, the Clay Center. In front of the house and on the opposite side of the street are running and bike tracks. Don’t forget to try the many restaurants nearby! You will love staying in this spacious nearly 3,200 square foot home! You can sit on the front porch drinking your coffee with a riverfront view or you can kick back in a recliner in the living room and watch the 70” flat screen tv. The kitchen was completely remodeled with high end Jenn-Air double oven and electric stove. Feel free to stay in and use the kitchen to cook the family a good meal or visit one of the many nice restaurants nearby. When you want to rest you can escape to the spacious master bedroom for a nap or head to the third floor recreation room to relax and watch tv. This home is modern and very relaxing with an open floor plan. The living room has a large flat screen smart tv, electric fireplace and a large window to bring in tons of sunlight. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets, a lot of granite counter space with stainless appliances that include refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, electric stovetop with overhead exhaust and microwave. The dining room has a oval table that seats six with a large window providing plenty of sunlight. The top floor also has two bedrooms. One bedroom is large with a queen bed, deep walk-in closet and a large window overlooking the back deck and wooded scenery. Another bedroom is slightly smaller with two closets and a large window looking out to the front of the house. The lower level has a large master bedroom with three closets and an attached custom bathroom with a very large walk-in shower. The family room has a large flat screen smart TV with two sofas and ottoman, a dry bar and patio doors that walk out to the large deck.
