查爾斯鎮6號汽車旅館

The service was great but we chose this hotel because it had a spa bath and was on the cheaper side. Well our first room the spa bath didnt have hot or even warm water. In the second room they didnt have the spa bath but the shower leaked badly all over the floor. On top of the shower leaking our tv didnt work either. We could only watv. Highly disappointed. My fiance and i will never stay here again. The only good thing was that the rooms were clean.

The insects I found in the first room assigned were numerous including one under the bed covers. Additionally, there were spider webs in the corners of the of the room. The employee on night shift assigned me a new room which was much less problematic than the first one. The room was not first rate. I attempted to sign out on the first morning of my 2 night stay and was told by the man on duty that I had to go through ******* because I made the reservation through them. I wish to have the charge for the second night removed from the bill as I checked out before 7 AM on Saturday the 7th of October.

I think they have people that stay there all the time.. like extended stay.. and between the hours of 2:30am and almost 4am.. the people in the room next to us were loud and it was hard to sleep
