教堂山希爾頓Tru飯店(Tru by Hilton Chapel Hill)

It’s a nice hotel, clean and welcoming, breakfast is fine as usual.

The hotel has cheerful decor, the room was clean, the staff was almost friendly, but be prepared for a $100 hold on your card for the length of your stay. I've stayed at 9 hotels in 10 nights and a hold was anywhere from $2.60 - $20. I was shocked when the hold was almost equivalent to the cost of the room.

We checked in and the shades would not shut all the way. Cars parking could see straight into our room. Clear changed rooms and second room did not have a shower curtain. Clear was not very helpful. Told us to take a shower and cleaning crew would clean up the water in the morning.

A modern clean hotel with pleasant helpful staff. Unfortunately their air conditioning and heating system is cheap and not adequate. I had the most uncomfortable two nights sleep and would absolutely never return.

Sent to room that already had occupants. Rooms are tiny with very little amenities in rooms. Expensive and no microwave in room or coffee.

Hotel fairly new. Very clean! Woman helping with breakfast very helpful. Front desk workers were unfriendly both at check in & out. Barely spoke to me & acted like I was an annoyance interrupting them doing nothing. Directly next to highway which was convenient although not picturesque. Pictures on site showing outdoor tables & patio do exist but are overlooking highway. Not a lot directly next to hotel but very convenient location. Plenty of parking. Rooms were modern.

Sam from the front desk greeted us every evening with smile and did an excellent job in making our stay wonderful. Also Mary provided great service. The hotel over all is a nice place to stay.
