查珀爾希爾Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn Chapel Hill)

Room was directly adjacent to a main entry staircase. Quite noisy throughout the night. Walk in shower was nice, but water pressure was quite poor. The bathroom was extremely small with the entry door swinging inwards which made it very awkward to move inside. Bathroom baseboards were deteriorating.

The staff was friendly and quick to get me what I needed. everything was clean and I could take a nice morning walk around grass and trees

Everything was great except the pillows, the pillows are horrible so if you choose to stay here it's nice but bring your own pillow

Clean comfortable room with plenty of breakfast options in the morning. Friendly staff.

Very comfortable and very cordial staff. Breakfast could offer a simple breakfast meat for every morning like sausage or bacon without a starch.

The room was immaculately clean and well stocked. The front desk employees were all very nice and helpful. Beds were SUPER comfortable. The only real issue we had was the dining staff. They didn't really seem to understand that we were there to eat and they never took our order. But we did go to the room and called it in. The food was good, and decently priced. The person who took the money was the same person who was confused about us eating there and they seemed to be confused about the payment for the food too. I'm not sure if they were new or what, but it was a little frustrating. Other than that, our stay was perfect. We will definitely be returning.

I had an issue with my HVAC that never seemed to get rectified. So I spend 4 of my 5 day stay dealing with a random beeping noise that woke me up about 2x per night.

Staff was great. Accommodations were clean and nice. We were able to check in early and check out a little late. Very nice
