I have stayed here before and was satisfied previously, however this visit I was on al 2 hour delayed flight from Gatwick. I emailed accommodation prior to my departure and on landing had no reply. On arrival at the apartment the door to reception was locked and there were three telephone numbers given to call. It was early hours of the morning and there was no response from any of the numbers. I had actually paid for the room some two years earlier but due to COVID it was agreed to move the booking forward. Thankfully I found an alternative hotel nearby. Everything had been confirmed two to three days before my arrival. I have tried to contact the hotel and not had the courtesy of a reply. Not sure on fire risk grounds alone I would wish to stay in unstaffed premises. One to miss if you value reliability.

Moin, der große Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage und 1-2 Minuten Entfernung vom zentralen Busbahnhof in Chania. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auch gut. Ich hatte ein Apartment im 3. Stock, mit einer sehr großen Terrasse, breites Bett, guten Bad und Waschmaschine. Leider funktionierte das Wlan nicht. Das Apartment war ein wenig dunkel. Der Typ von der Rezeption hatte im sehr engen Fahrstuhl keine Maske auf - das fand ich unangenehm. Ich würde es aber empfehlen.
