哇。 我們的房間有一個陽台，可以俯瞰海港，正對著燈塔。還有什麼好問的呢？ 在自己私密的房間內欣賞這片美妙的區域確實是一次很棒的體驗。 房間舒適又漂亮。 包含早餐，這對於旅行來說是一個額外的福利。 您確實需要步行到酒店，但我們的司機會幫我們拿行李。 飯店會把行李送到您的房間，從一樓到二樓沒有電梯，但為無法爬樓的客人提供升降椅。 該地區購物和餐飲場所眾多。

The location and the people in the hotel made for a perfect, relaxed time in the relaxing city of Chania. Our room was lovely, the breakfasts were perfect, and the desk staff (Christina, Anita) were very helpful in all ways, as were the rest of the staff. We would highly recommend this choice for your visit to Crete.

Boutique hotel ben posizionato nel centro di Chania. Arredo ricercato, servizi all’altezza dello standing dell’albergo. Ottima la colazione. Un grazie particolare ad Anita che ha unito alla professionalità una disponibilità, cordialità ed attenzione nei nostri confronti non comune.

They say that they offer parking but they lie because the closest parking is 700 meters far. Also, we booked city view and they gave us in the back of hotel and the view we had was just ACs. Also the staff there they didnt helped us at all. I will never stay there again.

We stayed 5 nights at Scala de Faro last week and loved it. Apart from the fantastic location, right in the middle of the old town, the highlight was the staff of the hotel. The receptionists Christina and Anita were fantastic... always smiling and extremely helpful, and also Anna the breakfast lady and Rena the housekeeping lady were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were just great, with the most delicious freshly squeezed orange juice I have ever tasted. The rooms were spacious and well appointed ( although the bathroom handbasin was a bit "unusual!!!") . The location is amazing...right in the middle of the old town, with literally dozens of restaurants within a stone's throw. All in all a hotel to be highly recommended. Thank you ladies!!!
