很棒的酒店,與合作伙伴和幼兒度過了輝煌的一週。共享游泳池房間很理想,淡水“兒童”游泳池也很棒。露台景色絕對令人驚歎。我們吃了早餐和晚餐自助半食宿,種類繁多,質量很高。所有工作人員都非常友好和包容。有車,附近有很多選擇,還有一個完美的希臘海灘和海灣,距離800米,有一個很棒的酒館。唯一的反饋是音樂選擇是響亮和過時的 - 不確定管理層是否選擇了這一點,因爲工作人員也不想這樣做,它與度假村的其他寒冷的地中海氛圍不同步。Curio/hilton體驗是一致的和高質量的,令人印象深刻,因爲它在2024年才改變。謝謝!

We arrived here for 3 nights and booked a deluxe room with four poster bed and jacuzzi. First impressions are not good - you arrive at a hotel with no reception so have to head up to a different one to get the key. Grubby mat as we opened the door and filthy floors as we walked up to room. Dirty bathroom floor, only one chair on the balcony and we were told that as a welcome gesture we had 2 coffee pods ( if you want more you have to pay for more ). Comfortable bed, clean linen, nice towels. Hanging rail too high for me to use in wardrobe and fridge could not be opened as it hits off the bottom of the wardrobe.. Door to balcony scratches along the floor and the jacuzzi instructions were poor and it drains very slowly.. Overall we were underwhelmed and hope that their other hotels in town would offer a more enjoyable stay.

Ένα ξενοδοχείο που προσφέρει τα πάντα! Άριστη ποιότητα υπηρεσιών, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία , μολις 5 λεπτά από το παλιό λιμάνι της πόλης των Χανίων, ευρύχωρα και ωραία δωμάτια και πάνω από όλα πεντακάθαρα! Το πρωινο ηταν πλούσιο και πολύ νόστιμο με πολλές επιλογές για όλες τις προτιμήσεις! Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησω!

我們第一次來克里特島旅遊時住在這裏,沒有讓人失望!酒店在老城區的中心,離衆多餐館和商店幾英尺!酒店坐落在港口前,那裏的人和活動嗡嗡作響。我們的房間有驚人的海景!我們無法獲得足夠的華麗景色!我們的房間大小適中,很漂亮。酒店工作人員非常細心和包容。包含的早餐很豐盛,包括傳統的克里特島票價,水果,糕點,雞蛋,各種麪包等,Neo Chora海灘距離酒店步行距離。我們在這個安靜的海灘度過了愉快的時光。我會再次入住這裏,衷心推薦這家酒店!

首先,我會得到負面的點數,這不算很多,只有3個小點。1是衛生間....非常小,我們進浴室時要站在淋浴間才能關上門,因爲沒有足夠的房間可以走動!2.電視機的台不斷地在丟失,因此我們無法觀看任何電視節目。最後,“梳妝檯”的鏡子太高了,我只好坐在兩個枕頭上才能看清自己(而且我也不是矮個子!)但是至於剩下的.......巨大的牀給了我們有史以來最好的睡眠,是一間寬敞的房間,非常安靜,因爲我們沒有海景,這很適合我們的心情!早餐在酒店近隔壁,並且有非常豪華的早餐,從新鮮水果到煎蛋......新鮮烘食品有很多選擇。櫃檯後面的女孩我覺得康斯坦蒂娜非常有幫助。我們離開的那天很早,她甚至給我們做了個早餐袋,我們發現他們很體貼。總之,這是一次非常愉快的經歷

Hotel nuovo, pulito con personale gentile e competente, sono molto disponibili a dare consigli in merito a parcheggio, spiagge e cibo. La stanza ha aria condizionata , un frigo bar e tv. Ottimo il set di cortesi del bagno (rasoio usa e getta con crema protettiva per rasatura, spazzolino e dentifricio oltre al solito bagnoschiuma e crema corpo) Colazione nella media, il dolce con le banane è fantastico!!! Per il resto a me piace la colazione dolce per cui la scelta è un po’ ristretta. Ottimo anche lo yogurt da completare a piacimento con frutta secca. Piscina pulita e con lettini. Parcheggio gratuito presente in struttura. Se devo trovare un difetto è un po’ rumoroso, almeno per le camere che affacciano in strada. Consiglio per la zona di Chania / Balos / Falassarna ed Elafonisi.

We have only been here one night, but so far, the entire experience has been fantastic. On arrival, we were greeted with a delicious cocktail from the bar, where we sat and filled out the checkin forms. The car was parked for us for 15euros, meaning we didn’t have the battle to find a parking space in the busy Chania. The people have been fantastic, nothing is too much trouble, and they even took our luggage to our room, which was wonderful. And the breakfast this morning - it was fantastic. Both a buffet style breakfast and ‘a la carte’ option available. The entire team at breakfast were attentive, and made the whole experience feel very relaxing. Lastly, the rooms! They are beautiful, with double-width showers, beautiful bedding, blackout blinds, excellent AC and tastefully decorated rooms. In summary, this his has been a great find for us. Perfectly located in the heart of Chania, just a 5 minute stroll to the harbour. The whole experience has been brilliant. Looking forward to the last few nights of our stay. Thank you all!

訪訪客We were warmly welcomed by Eva which set the stage for a wonderful stay at Alcanea Boutique Hotel. Our room was charming and comfortable and we enjoyed using the sitting area in the courtyard. The hotel is well located with a view on the port while set back so that it is not in the bustle pedestrian traffic. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and special options were prepared for the gluten free and dairy free needs of one diner. Our laundry was done in one day and well organized by the hotel. Next time we need to stay longer!

訪訪客用戶Firstly Crete is a beautiful and large island with plenty to see and do, I would recommend a visit. The Elizabeth Suites are well appointed, comfortable and clean and suited our needs perfectly ( we were a family of 4 with two teenage children ). The apartments are located on a small quiet site with a large and deep private pool, very close to the beach with a large choice of restaurants on your doorstep, an easy and cheap bus into the centre to see the old town and Venetian harbour is also great with lots of choice of places to eat, drink or shop. We took the option for breakfast despite having self catering facilities in our apartment and it wasn't a disappointment. Breakfast consisted of just about anything you could imagine, lots of it, fresh and presented beautifully and with a few extras for later in the day - usually homemade cake! Epas took the opportunity every day to ask about our plans and experiences which was great and he gave us many good tips for places to go and things to see - this was another bonus of taking the breakfast. Epas also arranged transfers from the airport, a hire car and late checkout so we had the apartment until the moment we left for the airport. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend the Elizabeth Suites as a place to stay and we would return in a heartbeat.

Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa.
Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

VVacation45184277130I had a fantastic 4 night stay at the Chania Flair! After being greeted with a cold towel, glass of champagne and smoked salmon, I knew that my stay would be great. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The a la carte breakfast was great and there was a wide selection of hot and cold options. My room was huge and spotless, and the bed was very comfy. The only con of the room was that it looked over he neighbouring apartment building (so, not a very interesting view from the balcony). The hotel sent a fruit plate and a bottle of wine to the room...they know how to spoil their guests. The beach is right next to the hotel, and the hotel has a dedicated section on the beach (which was great!). Again, staff at the beach and at the Hagen Dazs (which is associated with the hotel) were all great. I used the roof top pool once during my stay, which had great views over the sea. I had a very relaxing stay at the Chania Flair and would absolutely stay here again!

訪訪客We arrived in beautiful Chania and were dropped off on the main road opposite the little track up to the Nireas. I had read TA reviews so knew to expect that Christos, the owner, would offer us a room upgrade but we were happy with our original room which was Apt 24 on the ground floor with a fantastic large balcony opening straight onto the pool area. We paid €5 a night for air con which was really powerful, and €10 for the safe. The room was dated but more than adequate for us as we are used to Greek accommodation. There were 2 beds pushed together and then a single bed near the door which my son slept in. There was a 2 ring hob, microwave and kettle and basic utensils but we only ate breakfast in the apartment so it was more than enough. I think you would struggle to conjure up a Cordon Bleu meal though but with so many fabulous restaurants on the doorstep, it wasn’t a worry for us. There were a few things that made us chuckle…. the apartment door had been hung the wrong way so the handle was inside the room and not on the outside 🤣 and the usual Greek plumbing scenario with the shower head on the wall but the shower screen on the other side of the shower meaning the floor got soaked 🫣 but hey, it’s Greece 🇬🇷 The maid came in every day except a Sunday and the sheets/towels were changed regularly. There was a drying rack on the patio for hanging wet beach stuff up. Plenty of socket points and the beds were super comfy. The pool area was quiet but we only used it in the afternoons once we came back from the beach. There were always sunbeds and Christos was either there or available by WhatsApp. The WiFi worked fine in our rooms and by the pool. Kato Doratso is a residential suburb just 4km outside of Chania so a perfect location for us. Just down the little road from the hotel is a supermarket on the corner for all your essentials/bottles of water. There were 4 beaches within walking distance and we chose Sunset Beach due to the stunning clear water. It’s a bay so no tide and it was shallow for a great way out meaning our son could happily swim and play without us worrying too much. There was a bar on the beach and the owner did a mean Freddo Cappuccino ☕️ 👌🏽 You could buy salads, hot snacks and sandwiches, ice creams, crisps and drinks there. There were also chargeable sunbeds and parasols and you could hire a kayak or paddle board. There was another shop near the start of the hotels to the left of the bay. We bought a couple of parasols from the shop and lay on the beach. It was full of local families and we thoroughly enjoyed mixing with them. The bus into Chania is the #21. Come out of the hotel, down onto the main road and take a right along the path. Just past the car garage there’s a bus stop and a ticket machine. You need the exact change and it’s €1.10 each into town (€2 if you pay on the bus) When you are is in Chania, as you get off, there’s a ticket machine and a kiosk to buy return tickets and you can catch the bus back

Animators Carla and Lauda were our favourite ones and our daughter talk about them even we already returned back to home. For her absolutely fantastic holiday. I can´t also forget to mention the Magic Circus Show and the French protagonists. They makes their job so profesional and makes the people smily and happy. That was absolutely good choice of the hotel managers to choose them !! Fingers up who sign them. From our point of view everything was fine.
