「We stayed her the night before our cruise, the hotel is spotless, the rooms comfortable,there is an extensive carpark , choice of eating areas,. Breakfast was self service and had everything you could want. There is a large and I mean large Asda nearby . The staff in the hotel are young and great . Would we stay again … already on it to book next year」

「So I went there on Thursday 18th- Sunday 21st January. Myself and my husband got there and was greeted very politely by a lovely lady at the reception. We got to the room and was happy with everything. The only downside to the hotel is they don’t have dining services but there is a spoons next door. The staff are delightful and especially to the lady on Thursday (I can’t remember her name) and the 2 receptionists working on Thursday night :)」

「美麗的場地!酒店的入口令人驚歎。它處於一個夢幻般的環境,漫步在場地周圍很可愛啊哈探索。房間與其他酒店相比略顯陳舊,但牀很舒適,您有電視和熱飲設施。游泳池、按摩浴缸和蒸汽房是很好的觸摸。 」

「I checked in at 3pm and the air conditioner did not work it was like a warm hairdryer. The temperature was 28c inside the room it was very hot a heat wave that day. I went down stairs and the reception was empty. I had to wait for 15 mins then some one called raman eventually turned up and was uninterested to say the least. She told me that it could be controlled from behind the bar or something like that but that is not true. I had to ask again 3 hours later this time she got some boy to come out from behind the bar to claim he had a control of all the air conditioners in the hotel. Why the lies, after emailing trip .com they admitted the AC was faulty and I moved to another room. It was trip.com who helped me not the disinterested staff why didnt they move me the first time. Not impressed.」
