I stayed at this hotel from July 1st to July 7th and was forced to check out, paying Rs. 3500 per night for a single room. During my stay, I had a bad experience with the sales manager, Agnijeet Ghost. He mistreated me and used abusive language. He told me he is the sales manager and can ask anyone to check out at any time. He even threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. His behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Even a street cleaner would have better manners. I think people like him should not be working in a hotel. I will be sharing my negative experience everywhere.

The experience of staying in this hotel was great. The services are excellent. The staff mainly Nandini Ma'm, Ranbir sir, Harshpal Singh Munish sir, Vishal sir and Mohit sir really co-operated and helped us. The food is really delicious. Rooms are well cleaned.

Chef Mahaveer, Chef Mandeep, Dinesh, Vishal, Munish, Chef Kushal. Its an amazing experience at Hotel Mango Grove. Delighted with the hospitality of this staff, much appreciated. Food quality and service are is top notch. Going good with the stay.
