The hotel mentioned with bar as key amenities. However the hotel do not have bar license at first place. This has really mislead me.

Hygiene of the room was not up to the mark. Wash basin was cracked and health faucet was not working due to the low pressure. Hot water was not available early in the morning. Only one out of two light was working.

Smelly rooms. No facility as mentioned in the app. Bathrooms were not clean as well. Rooms were not available immediately upon our arrival although we had paid in advance and were late. Hotel staff admitted that there is a smell in the room. They used room freshener and acted like they can't do anything. Worst experience and not worth money. Complete waste

Room was neat & clean, housekeeping service is good. Food are tasty. Need to work little bit for improvement. Otherwise hotel was good for me.

The stay was bad, the sofa inside the room was very dirty, no proper storage facility, room service was very bad, had to remind 100 times to just clean the room
