昌迪格第17 區凱悅尚萃飯店(Hyatt Centric Sector 17 Chandigarh)

Its was nice night there. Saff was very friendly and food is awesome. I’m highly recommend to stay there.

Hotel is appropriately located in centre of Chandigarh, well maintained and made everything keeping guests comfortable . Impressed with special toys made with Towels by housekeeping staff Seraj and Dinesh. Chef Harish at kitchen is very caring and Aayush take special attention for the kids. Very smooth stay , thanks to Hyatt team.

Well, the property lives upto the expectation of Hyatt’s Legacy. Perfect Location right in the heart of the city. Secondly the staff, in particular Sarthak, Rahul and vishal were super nice, helpful with every query of mine and showered my stay with next to none hospitality. The staff deserve all the credit! Brilliant experience.

Hi for this trip I go with my family and book suit we have one newborn with us once we check in we went for shopping after we come come we found lot of ants in our room bed we bit diappoiuwith the situation later he change the room but is really scary if any ants bite newborn we don’t know how we handle that situation we want to address the issue by ***agement specially when you pay extra for suit

Inexperienced staffs in checkin counter . The first guy after 15 minutes of search couldn’t find my booking, inspite of screen shots of booking he as if challenges me . Horrible and disgusting employee of the hotel, these staffs bring down the image of the company. Next comes duty ***ager and she finds my name but again she plays around with the software for another 30 minutes to get me a key Then comes payment which was done by my master card, she swipes and tells my card is declined, again she does and when I raised my voice gets another machine and I found out they can’t operate ( I kept the prove of it) , finally the third swiping machine comes and my same card which was told in a disgusting ***ner “ card declined “ worked well. Overall 45 minutes for checking. Absolutely lousy people and I went by ratings so my advice is never go by ratings In the room, room service is again just horrible and loud decorated rooms, terrible small toilets. Never stay in such hotels

This is definitely not a five star hotel 4 star would be a generous rating

I really enjoyed my stay there, the staff was really generous and kind. The ambience of the property was quiet mesmerising and the quality of food was good too.

Great place, excellent location and service. Mattress was very hard but outside of that it was great stay.

Staff are friendly and the surrounding area is filled with shopping malls. We found both restaurants to have good menu's and will be returning in the future.
