The hotel is really clean and the room are also in immaculate condition. Service is really quick . Helpful staff and the food is absolutely delicious..a little expensive ..but delicious..

La experiencia en el hotel ha sido bastante buena, probablemente instalaciones de un 2-3 estrellas en España pero servicio de 4. Es verdad que alguna cosa necesitaría cierto mantenimiento pero todo estaba muy limpio y el personal era muy servicial, en cuanto pedías algo al momento te lo llevaban a la habitación. Respecto al desayuno, muchas de las opciones de buffet nos resultaban picantes ya que no estamos acostumbrados a ese tipo de comida pero nos preparaban al momento cualquier alternativa que pedíamos. Tan solo pediría que se pudiera tomar en el desayuno un café “real” de cafetera, como el que sirven en el bar del segundo piso y no solo Nescafé. También hemos probado la comida del servicio de habitaciones y la recomendamos totalmente. Durante el desayuno, cuando nos hemos quedado solos, uno de los trabajadores fue verdaderamente insistente para que escribiéramos dos reseñas buenas mencionándole, nos cogió el teléfono, nos hizo quitar el wifi para que no se detectara la IP del hotel, nos hizo escribirlas en inglés y no nos dejó irnos del restaurante hasta que lo hicimos. Aunque mi opinión del hotel es buena hay que tener en cuenta este tema a la hora de leer reseñas sobre este hotel y aparentemente casi todos los lugares que estamos visitando en India. Si fuera encargada del hotel tendría este tema en cuenta ya que genera mucha incomodidad y estropea el buen servicio del resto de trabajadores de toda la semana

Quartos limpos e organizados, só achei as camas muito próximas. Estacionamento amplo e recepção confortável também. Internet funciona em todo o hotel e o bar é bem gostoso

**Review of The Ferns Residency, Chandigarh** I recently stayed at The Ferns Residency in Chandigarh, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the hotel is conveniently located in an industrial area close to Nexus Elante Mall—offering great shopping and dining options—this was the only positive aspect of my stay. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the room I had booked on *********** looked nothing like the images presented online. The actual rooms were old and in a rundown condition. The bathrooms were particularly cramped and had significant leakage issues, especially with the wash basin. After noticing dampness on the walls and other fitting problems, I requested a room change, only to be moved to an even smaller room with an equally tiny bathroom. The dampness in the corridors further added to the unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff at The Ferns Residency were another letdown. They were unfriendly and unprofessional, with one staff member even walking into my room without knocking. The lack of proper uniforms for the staff only added to the overall impression of disorganization. When I asked the reception to arrange a taxi for my airport drop, they were unable to assist, which was incredibly frustrating. Interestingly, there was a newer Novotel Hotel located directly opposite The Ferns Residency that seemed like a better option for anyone looking to stay near Tribune Chowk. While there is a bar on the second level that appeared neat, it certainly wasn’t enough to make up for the shortcomings of the hotel. In summary, I cannot recommend The Ferns Residency. The combination of outdated facilities, unprofessional staff, and a lack of basic services made for a disappointing stay. If you're looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience in Chandigarh, I suggest exploring other options in the area.

Pathetic service, too small rooms and the food quality is just a blunder. There were cockroaches on the food in breakfast and the hotel staff doesn’t even care . The manager is not even available at the hotel till 10 AM. Don’t even bother booking this hotel for your trip

Tasty food and great service all staff and servers are good Visited hot flavour at 2nd Floor where ill get good served from vijay kumar thakur and Dhila Ram and Jyoti and mr navin f&b manager Breakfast And Dinner both are tasty want to visit☺️
