Room is clean and decent. Staff is helpful and receiving. Arranged cab when needed. Food is good. cost could have been less.

Very rude and illogical behaviour from the reception regarding food voucher settlement, not able to show proof of docs and just arguing with lame fixed excuses

Staff should be instructed very strictly to wait for a response from guest after knocking on the door. They simply rush into the room, that's indecent.
