皇家香檳 Spa 飯店(Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa)

I would grade higher if possible

Depuis deux jours nous avons la chance d'être dans ce magnifique hôtel. Tout est parfait l'accueil exceptionnel une suite divinement décorée. Le premier soir nous avons dîner au restaurant le Royale .une cuisine délicieuse plein de saveurs . Ce soir nous avons dîner au restaurant le bellevue. Que du bonheur. Tout le personnel est très proffessionel et attentionné je recommande vivement cette hotel .

Hotel, qui mérite largement ses cinq étoiles Notre séjour a été un enchantement Tout était parfait dès notre arrivée Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions qui nous attendaient dans notre suite pour les 30 ans de notre anniversaire de mariage Ce sera avec plaisir que nous retournerons Dans cet hôtel, idéalement, situé au milieu des vignes de Champagne

How it pains me to give 3,5 stars to Royal Champagne Hotel and Spa, Especially when: Consierge, especially Enzo, was 5+ stars Sommelier team at Le Royal was 5+ stars and location and vallet team was great.. but.. When at a 5 star Spa hotel the sauna does not work one of the days and the Hammam the other it is quite disappointing. Especially when the Receptionist does not speak english at all and needs her phone to do very basic translations, leaving us with not know if it will be fixed in 30min or 5 hours, That being said, as mentioned, a lot of basic things was in place. Great breakfast, great housecleaning etc

Commentaire un peu tardif pour féliciter toutes les équipes du Royal Champagne pour l'accueil durant notre séjour en amoureux. Ici, tout n'est que raffinement, de la chambre au restaurant. Un merci particulier à Eléonore de la réception pour sa sympathie, tout en discrétion, qui a parfaitement su nous aiguiller lors de nos diverses questions ! Une très belle expérience.

Zeer stijlvol, klasse hotel waar men zich als gast dadelijk thuis voelt. We waren hier reeds meerdere malen te gast en het niveau op vlak van onthaal, service, vriendelijkheid, attentie blijft hetzelfde. Zeer mooie spa, lekkere keuken, een prachtige lokatie voor ons valt hier werkelijk niets op aan te merken. We komen zeker terug!

Do not miss this AMAZING hotel! The entire staff has been trained to a Four Seasons level of service. They are truly amazing and noteworthy. I actually had them do almost my whole itinerary for the 4 days we were there. The things I personally chose were good, but they know the area and the champagne houses to a t - what they helped us settle on were phenomenal! The facilities, the Michelin rated restaurant, the bar tenders, the concierge, the pool, the view…just go and experience it.

This is quite possibly one of the nicest experiences I have had in a hotel before. This hotel is run like clock work with friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are incredibly well appointed, spotless and comfortable. The food in the restaurants is of a very high standard. The staff are the jewel in the crown here - you are given the most wonderful welcome when you arrive and the theme continues whilst you stay. This is an expensive hotel but you get the feeling they would go to the ends of the earth to make your visit exceptional.

Expérience exceptionnelle, service et accueil incroyable, une maison au cœur des vignes une vue magnifique c’était un moment magique pour cette Saint Valentin ! Tout était parfait , nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’amabilité du personnel , un service absolument exceptionnel digne d’un palace !! Merci beaucoup !! Et que dire du restaurant le Royal !!! Une excellente soirée un délice pour les papilles votre restaurant mérite largement une étoile supplémentaire, j ai pas de mot pour vous exprimer mon bonheur.
