Such a pleasant stay at the Hotel. Very beautiful scenery and it’s so peaceful and quiet. The rooms are clean, and there are cafes and restaurants roughly 15 minute hike away. The bus comes by roughly 3 times a day, so do plan your trips if you’d like to go down the mountain!

Ein bisschen Abgelegen, dafür ruhig.
Schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer und auch im Saal wo man das Frühstück einnehmen kann.
Dieses war gut, aber nichts spezielles.
Gegenüber hat es ein Parkhaus, aber nicht viele Plätze. Aber P hat es genug.
Bett war sehr bequem. Habe richtig gut geschlafen.
Sauberkeit war auch gut.
Im Bad hat es alles was es braucht.
Uns hat es gefallen, kommen gerne wieder

Chambre très cosy et literie impeccable! Matelas très très confortable, 2 lit simple pour un weekend en amoureux c’est étrange mais bon ça c’est bien passé 😊 Salle de bain un peu vieillotte mais le tout très bien entretenu. Personnel de l’accueil serviable et sympathique. Belle vue sur les montagnes et joli balcon. Bon cadeau reçu il y a plus d’un ans on a attendu pour venir mais on a choisi un super weekend car la météo était sublime. Petit déjeuner très bien garni et salle du petit déjeuner très lumineuse avec vue sur les montagnes

Le bâtiment et la décoration étaient charmants.
Mais Après une journée de ski, bien fatiguée, pour faire le check-in, à 17h, la chambre n’était pas prête. Une semaine après le séjour, j’ai reçu un appel m’informant que je n'avais pas réglé les frais d’hébergement. Après vérification de mon paiement de mon côté, ils m'ont dit qu'ils avaient mal noté l’information à la réception.
Chaque fois que j'avais besoin de service, j’ai dû attendre très longtemps pour avoir la réceptionniste. Ce n’était pas très professionnel.
Vu l'emplacement, il n'y a pas d'autre endroit pour dîner, on est donc un peu obligé de choisir le restaurant de l’établissement. Mais il n’y a que trois menus au choix et, en plus, même ces trois menus n’étaient pas tous disponibles.
Les trois menus ne suffisent pas pour un séjour de plusieurs jours, il n'y a pas de menu enfant et le prix est excessif.

Wollten um 15.00 Uhr einchecken, aber es war niemand da. Konnten auch telefonisch niemanden erreichen. Frühstück musste separat bezahlt werden: pro Person 15.- pro Tag

We stayed in the week of the transition, owners taking over the management after a leasing of the property. So, we experienced some of the service issues that one can naturally expect when a new management is arriving. Nevertheless the staff was excellent and predisposed to overcome all those difficulties. Otherwise the location is good and with an outstanding view of the Alps. Overall a very good stay.
