Chalet "Evasion", 3 storeys. In the district of Bossons 5.3 km from the centre of Chamonix, in a quiet position on a slope. Private: garden 800 m2. Steep motor access to 140 m from the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 1.7 km, railway station "Les Bossons" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km, tennis 8 km, sports centre 8 km, skisport facilities 4.4 km, ski school 5.1 km, cross country ski track 8 km, ice rink 8 km. Nearby attractions: Téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi 4.5 km, Train du Montenvers Mer de Glace 5.5 km. Please note: car recommended. 2-room house 50 m2 on 3 levels. Living/dining room with TV. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom. Chalet très agréable, emplacement cocooning entre les sapins donnant un vrai aspect privatif et de calme. L'intérieur est mignon, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer une semaine. Simple et authentique mais confort

Mignon petit chalet pour une semaine en famille. Dommage que l'équipement soit médiocre (chaises bancales, peu d'ustensile de cuisine)

Access to the chalet is difficult in winter with a slope without a guardrail. Parking is 140 meters down a hill. For people walking with difficulty to avoid. The interior is minimalist, broken furniture, burnt tablecloth, average cleanliness.

The house is cute and well equipped. We did not lack anything in the kitchen. The negative note has been the basement where the second room and the bathroom with shower were. The humidity was terrible the comforter that was on the bed when we arrived was
