There was not a specific area for the dogs to go to the bathroom. It was on the side of a rocky hill with no grassy area. The poop bin was overflowing and there were no dog bags. I paid via ******* and when I got to the hotel they charged my card again. Said they would take care of it and charged my pet fee twice as well. The room was clean enough and the a/c worked on and off.

I don't usually write reviews, but there were bugs crawling on the floor in this place. Nobody should have to live like that. The staff member we met was very helpful in providing a refund.

This the hotel is dirty the halls smell like urine. The staff is unprofessional. We had no remote in our room and the ac kept shutting on and off. There was mold in the corner of the shower.

Disappointed We did not end up staying there since they did not have rooms available. The disappointing part was that we booked 1 hour out at 2100 and called to verify someone cl Ould check us in bit when we got there the office eas clised and they said there was only 1 bed available - for 5 people. Went to another hotel.

They don’t have a deposit information on the web site. Why wait until you get to the building to tell you?

The staff is great and very accommodating if you have any issues
