The heating/AC until made grinding noises all night. When we reported it to the front desk, their compensation was a free cup of coffee. Really? How about 25% off a horrible stay. Also, the shower water handle came off in my wife's hand.

We booked a stay at this hotel a month in advance and we showed up Ann was working the front desk and informed us there wasn’t a room available to us and they had transferred our reservation to The Best Western. She was extremely rude and said she just works there and it wasn’t her problem. When we finally arrived at Best Western they said they don’t do hotel transfers so basically what Ann had advised us wasn’t true, fortunately they did give us a room but wasn’t in very good condition for $160 a night. I’ve booked most of my hotels through ********** and never run into this issue. In my opinion this was unacceptable and awful customer service.

The property was clean and modern and the room was nicely appointed. The Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good food well prepared. We reserved a King room and got 2 Queens so the bed was too small for comfort. We arrived at 6:30pm and our room was not ready, we had to wait for about 40 min. we understood employee shortage issues but when we got to the room, there was only one set of towels, NO cups or glasses for coffee, water etc. and no extra roll of toilet paper. We did call for cups and received them quickly but by the time we discovered the other issues we felt we were tired and should not have to keep calling for things that should be available especially when we are at a "quality" hotel. The next morning we let the manager know that there were issues and he laid the blame on us for not calling. We were not rude or loud in our conversation with him but don't lay the blame for problems on your customers. VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

Bad: The AC was broken the first night. They said they would discount the charge but didn't. Exiting the elevator to go to the room there was a pile of empty pizza boxes laying on a table. Once in the room; No towels in bathroom. No extra toilet paper roll. The bathroom vent fan did not work. Found someones dirty sock under the edge of the bed. Good: Front desk lady Destiny was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room seemed clean (less the dirty sock and pizza boxes).

The bathroom was not clean, there was urine on the toilet bowl, shower and toilet bowl has a pink film on both. I understand that they don't clean the room while you are there, but they could empty the garbage cans and give fresh towels without disturbing anything else.

Hot tub out of order.and pool could use a cleaning.
