The property was clean and modern and the room was nicely appointed. The Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good food well prepared.
We reserved a King room and got 2 Queens so the bed was too small for comfort. We arrived at 6:30pm and our room was not ready, we had to wait for about 40 min. we understood employee shortage issues but when we got to the room, there was only one set of towels, NO cups or glasses for coffee, water etc. and no extra roll of toilet paper. We did call for cups and received them quickly but by the time we discovered the other issues we felt we were tired and should not have to keep calling for things that should be available especially when we are at a "quality" hotel. The next morning we let the manager know that there were issues and he laid the blame on us for not calling. We were not rude or loud in our conversation with him but don't lay the blame for problems on your customers. VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
