雪谷度假村(Snow Valley Resorts Dalhousie)

We visited Dalhousie from April 30 to May 3 and stayed at Snow Valley Resorts. A truly memorable experience. The hotel staff is extremely courteous and also willing to help guests. We chose the Delux room with a valley view. It was magnificent. We had a panoramic view of the entire Dhauladhar range. There is also a terrace which provides a pristine view. Services at the hotel restaurant are excellent. My special thanks to Vijay Sharma, who was always around to help us. He is thorough professional when it comes to guest hospitality. The quality of food was amazing. The morning breakfast with parathas and chole bhatures was super. The quality of meals is very good. The poha, upma etc was nice too. The staff at the reception was very helpful. The only problem we faced during our stay was that our complaint about the loose shower tap lever was not attended with urgency. Snow Valley - pls improve on these minor points. Overall, a good experience at Snow Valley. Thank you for your hospitality.

Good Location ,Food & Services . Staff is very polite and helpful though every staff has been very Nice but one of their associate Mr Vijay Sharma has been amazing in his Services . Their location is very good and food is also nice and the mountain view is also great even from their rooms .

Very good resort, clean with the best view of Dalhousie. The balcony offers a very nice view, especially for couples; I recommend booking the gallery view. Let's discuss the pros and cons: Pros: Close proximity to Gandhi Chowk; you can easily walk to the market. Rooms are neat and clean. Centralized AC with a maximum temperature of 28°C. The view from the balcony is like paradise, especially during the first snowfall in January 2024. Hill view is fabulous. Cons: The only issue I noticed was the intermittent electricity due to heavy snowfall. The food is slightly expensive for our budget.

I had a wonderful experience overall at the Snow Valley Hotel, with stunning views, comfortable accommodations, excellent staff service from Vijay Sharma, and delicious cuisine (especially Karahi Panner) at the restaurant. However, it's unfortunate that the WiFi in your room wasn't working and that the bathroom could use renovation for an enhanced guest experience.

Great staff and very helpful people. The guy attending us at the restaurant named Sunny Sharma was very helpful and polite. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Housekeeping was prompt and of very good quality. Dont forget that they have their own terrace for paranormic views. Highly recommended.

Great service, amazing stay. Special mention Vijay Katoch for providing excellent service. Cleanliness is top notch, view from the rooms are amazing overlooking the snowcapped mountain range. Rooftop recreational area is good for sunsets and leisurely walks.

I had a wonderful experience at the Snow Valley Resort. Beautiful property Perfectly situated in the heart of the city, providing easy access to attractions. Exceptional customer service, with a commi**ent to making our stay comfortable. Hotel restaurant offered delicious food. I especially enjoyed the view from my window wall. It was Beautiful !!!!!! I highly recommend this hotel as it Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all.
