View from the hotel was amazing. Rooms were upto the mark with prompt and quick housekeeping services. All staff were so calm,polite, friendly which help us alot. Dalhousie atmosphere were full of surprises like some time it's raining, sometime like super cold such a calm and beautiful climate made a day. Food quality was excellent, tasty with multiple options. Thnx to Deepika who always there to serve us with smiling face.

Hotel is very good hospitality is good too All the staff was very humble and helpful. Kids safety place. Food was delicious and the room was clean. Swimming pool was too enjoyable for my kids. And special mention Ms. Neha who was very humble n sweet ..thank you

It was an amazing experience at fortune Dalhousie. The whole staff was really helpful and loving specially Neha she took care of my daughter and spent time with my father also n he was very happy . Childrens can’t be bored there with Neha . Thanku ♥️

Hotel in very good place food is good room service was good staff was very polite our room view was good excellent and specially the girl neha Sharma she took us nature walks was excellent Experience we loved it a lot we get natural music of birds voice and trees. Neha took us natural waterfalls we experienced amazing and Sushil and Neha has arranged anviersary cake the whole staff made our special day more special thank you

The exceptional customer service at this hotel Fortune park Dalhousie, impressed me. The (family) room was large, comfortable and clean. Staff was always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed and about the site visit of the town. Breakfast and dinner included in our package, was too good. A lot of varieties: hot cold food, pastries fruits coffee tea, so tasteful. Want to say a special thank you to Ms.Deepika and all receptionists who helped us so much! Ms. Deepika taking care of us very well as family.She helped us getting whatever we want with a charming smile on her face. Such a wonderful girl who was spreading positive vibes throughout our stay in and around. Overall thanks to everyone from front desk staff to dining and other aminities. We will recommend the hotel to everyone and will return for sure! Thank you so much for an unforgettable trip and stay.

We arrived at Fortune Park Dalhousie on 12/03/25 for 2 nights. We were really welcomed by Anjali and her team at the reception. Also in the food & beverages service Vinod was very welcoming and polite and good to talk to. Above all Deepika Thakur also in the food & beverages was amazing there was no trouble at all for her in making us feel at home and special. Since both my wife and I are vegetarians we had our dinner included so Deepika was so helpful in catering for us and noting was any trouble for her. Deepika went above and beyond her duty and we both feel she definitely deserves a commendation. Well Done Deepika oh and they have the best seeded cookies ever with the afternoon tea.

This is the best hotel we have stayed until now. Room service is very fast. All of the staff’s are very kind especially Deepika, Abhishek and Shail they are taking care of us. We all enjoyed the food. It was really amazing and tasty. Thank You..
