I stayed at this property in June 2025 for 3 days and was disappointed with the overall infrastructure and staff behaviour. The main and washroom doors were bent and made loud noises while opening and closing. The AC was non-functional, and when reported to Surat and Amit (Front Office Manager), I was told, “This is how the property is, and you need to manage.” Despite these issues, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Rohit from housekeeping—his professionalism and courteous behaviour stood out and far exceeded that of the front office team. I had also requested packed sandwiches for an early morning trip to Sach Pass, which was verbally confirmed. However, nothing was prepared, and the restaurant staff later denied any such commitment, showing a lack of accountability. While the food quality was good, the property clearly lacks in infrastructure maintenance and staff courtesy—Rohit being the only exception with his outstanding service. Overall stay was bad and not recommended for anyone.
