MC野生度假村

Recently visited to MC Resort Bandipur with family. We saw spotted dears and various birds inside Resort.The chirping of birds and the pleasant climate made us forget all the worries of city life.

Beautiful jungle style themed resort ideal for friends n families n great for a night stay n they are kind enough to take care of everything including meals n high tea n the jungle safaris too We went for a morning safari but due to rains were unable to spot the Tigers famed for Bandipur though will share a few pics of the safari Also make sure to stay in the cottage rooms we were in room no 124 deluxe cottage n the rains made the stay memorable Breakfast is there in the cabana style restaurant n served with a smile mr Manju is great with Guests n kudos to the team

Nice resort, nice staff. The rooms were clean and a decent size, and had decent sound proofing, we had a child in the room next to us when he was outside it was world war but when he went inside silence and after going on safari with them it was not him being quiet. Nice pool area with table tennis and some games, wildlife on the grounds. Restaurant was ok. The safaris are on buses and we were told thats it you can't change to another vehicle, another customer complained he booked and was told he would get a jeep and got a canter which was unacceptable for him due to an injury he had. We also had people complaining they had sat in the back of the bus on a previous trip and could see nothing from there, this cause some very uncomfortable issues on the bus before we even started.

Room was OK. Small double bed and if sharing there was a small camp bed for second person, which was very small. Bathroom was quite basic with variable hot water and shower. Buffet dinner and breakfast were adequate. Swimming pool was OK but sunbeds were old and dirty and only 3 available. Disappointing. However the new rooms looked much better, so maybe upgrade to those if possible. Free Wifi but only in the vicinity of reception.

Stayed early December 2022, the rooms we were given were nicely decorated and spacious. Food was good, a beer was available Swimming pool was nice although the area around it wasn't quite finished. There is also table tennis and board game tables. The only downside was the noise of the improvements being made. These finished around 8:30pm and started again around 7am. This may have been different had we not been the only 4 guests in the resort. WiFi is only available in reception. Staff were great providing tea and coffee whenever asked.

We came here to celebrate our anniversary. The location is good. A perfect distance from Bandipur National Park and surrounded by lush greenery. There is, however, a lack of quality in the rooms. The bathrooms (buckets and interiors) look old. It needs to be deep cleaned or remodeled. The lunch was cold and average. We tried their safari and felt that the driver could have stopped by the water body for at least 5 minutes. He would pause for a moment, then leave. Animals cannot be chased.We have to wait for them 🙃
