There are two public access points for boats — one just north of Deerwood on Voyageur Highway and the other being opposite this home in Crosby.The lake itself is 1,103 acres with average water clarity of 20 feet, which the state classifies as "very good." The deepest part is 65', but 32% of the lake is 15 feet or less. It's a popular recreational lake with good fishing — walleye, pike, bass and crappies.MAIN FLOOR: Open sight lines from front to back with tons of seating options! The main level of this rambler features a kitchen, dining and living room that are all connected so groups can enjoy separate spaces while still being connected for conversation. All three spaces enjoy views of the lake through a huge picture window.The fully-stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances with a breakfast bar and seating for four. A Keurig Duo machine (individual cups and traditional coffee pot) with some K-cup options will be provided.
