"The Madison" is one of 4 uniquely decorated cabins at Green Acres Spicewood. It has a contemporary feel with a black and beige toned headboard and sofa. Gold accents adorn the lamps, tables and accessories in this cabin. The simple yet colorful artwork makes this cabin fun yet cozy. Dog lovers are sure to enjoy the canvas art of a dog smoking a cigar! A Queen bed, mini fridge, coffee maker, a bottle of wine, snacks, and more await guests who come to relax and unwind in The Madison. Green Acres Spicewood is a newly renovated glamping retreat that offers our guests a chance to enjoy the Texas Hill Country & experience glamping all in one. This collection of 4 tiny cabins and 8 vintage RV's rest on 20 acres of beautiful countryside on Highway 71. Each unit has access to The Bathhouse that consists of 4 bathrooms (2 indoor showers) 2 outdoor showers, a community sitting area, laundry room, full-size refrigerator, and ice machine. Each unit also has access to the outdoor area with a playground (adult must be present), hammocks, BBQ pits, fire pits (must follow county guidelines if there is a burn ban in effect), corn hole, room to walk and enjoy our property, and outdoor dining areas. We do allow dogs, but they must be on the leash at all times as we have free range ducks and chickens that roam the property. We also have a dog park and dog wash station available!The property is yours to explore. Build a fire, BBQ with friends, travel to the surrounding vineyards, and so much more. Spend your mornings with a cup of coffee on the porch and your evenings in our outdoor area with a beverage of your choice! Our vintage grain silo is so unique and cozy that you will be back for years to come. Come enjoy this country secret for a girl's weekend, share some wine from the 2 local wineries or hike any of the 3 nearby state parks. There is also mountain biking nearby at Spider Mountain. Upstairs in the loft you will find a glorious queen bed to rest your head as well as a cute and comfy reading nook. Downstairs is a queen murphy bed that is very comfy and unique. There is a coffee nook with several ways to get your caffeine. The bathroom comes complete with a towel warmer and all the toiletries you need. The silo is very unique with all of its stained-glass windows and vintage Egyptian front door. It also boasts custom handmade coffee cups and stained-glass succulents throughout. There is no television available in the silo, but Wi-Fi is. Our other listings have TV, but we are trying something different here. Spend your time outside counting stars and making wishes.
