دفع زوجي المبلغ مقدما لـ ليلتين لكنه مرض فجأة، واتصل في الصباح الباكر لإلغاء الحجز لأننا نريد المغادرة لكنهم رفضوا ولم يتفهموا الظرف الصحي الذي نمر به كذلك لم يقدموا حلولا مرضية كاقتطاع جزء من المبلغ مثلا، كما يفعل عادة الفنادق أو حتى إعادة المبلغ لوجود شااغر كبير من الغرف فأرغمونا على المكوث عندهم رغم مرض زوجي.. الطاقم الوظيفي كان جيد بالتعامل للأمانة لكن ما وجدناه من الإدارة كان استغلالي جدا بحسب ظرفنا… لذلك لن نعود ثانية..

es un hotel muy nuevo, con una piscina preciosa exterior, un spa genial interior , habitaciones amplias y límpias y un servicio inmejorable. Estoy casi una se***a aqui y cada día las caras son mas amables. Super recomendable.

The services were superb specially thanks to Mr Aniket and Mr Avdesh, food was good, the ambiance was very good thnx to chef Ravi also for making the fruit custard delicious ,the ambiance is also so beautifull

I'm staying in centum hotel from few months...I had dinner in plum restaurant the food is absolutely delicious..every dish has God flavour.... service was excellent specially thank to Mr Shivendra...

The place is a must visit and you should definitely try exploring the different cuisines here. The hotel staff including Mr.Avadhesh and his team made sure that our event was full of enjoyment and. Also sunit, shubham & chef ravi, chef zaid did all possible to make the experience worth remembrance. Whenever in lucknow if you looking for a cozy place with fine dine experience. The centrum is the best place to go with.
