The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to all the prime locations. *Highlights:* - Friendly and helpful staff - Delicious food - Modern and well-maintained facilities - Convenient location *Areas for Improvement:* - Room service could be faster - Some minor issues with Wi-Fi connectivity - cleanliness of the room could be better. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The highlights were the ample parking space, rooms with a lovely balcony view, and the delicious food. However, the washroom was a bit small, and the road to Mall Road was slightly dark, which could be improved for convenience. Overall, a great experience with a few minor adjustments needed.

Stay was good room was clean. Also extra blanket was already in the room.

The rooms are smelly and feel like moulds. The staff is not available to help in parking. They spoil t the checkout experience by making the car stack park behind and then did not had the keys to allow us to leave. Pathetic experience.
