克魯姆洛夫克魯姆洛夫城堡附近住宿

22 年 9 月中旬，我和我的妻子在這裡住了三個晚上。我們非常喜歡它並強烈推薦它。這是一家經典的老飯店，坐落在河邊，對面就是風景如畫的城堡。其中一座城鎮橋樑就位於飯店門前，街道的一個方向通往城堡，另一個方向通往舊城區的主要部分。我們發現這個位置非常方便。不遠處是另一座橋，橋上有一條人行道，通往鎮上的停車場。攜帶少量行李是可以到達酒店的，但我們選擇停車併步行到酒店，然後獲得城鎮通行證，然後帶著行李開車到酒店前面。如果您選擇飯店的私人停車選項（我們就是這樣做的），飯店的工作人員將引導您乘坐另一輛車前往停車場，然後帶您返回飯店。請注意，即使擁有城鎮通行證，您也無法在上午 10 點至下午 3 點期間在城鎮內開車，這會使出發和抵達變得複雜。我們安排了一輛計程車來接我們的行李，並在我們退房時帶我們到車上解決這個問題。我們的房間（401）位於頂樓的轉角處，可能是我們的城堡景觀房的升級版。這是一間非常大的套房，設有臥室區、休息區、帶壁櫥和儲物區的獨立房間，以及一間巨大的瓷磚浴室，浴室內有一個封閉的衛生間壁龕。我們從每個房間都可以看到城鎮、河流和城堡的美景。睡眠區有一張舒適的特大號床、一張桌子、沙發、電視櫃、小圓桌和兩張椅子，裝飾精美，古典風格。有一個非常好的單杯咖啡機。衣櫃很大，但只有很少的衣架，而且保險箱無法使用。浴室有一個帶有足夠櫃檯空間的基座水槽和淋浴/浴缸組合。我們對房間唯一的抱怨是沒有暖氣控制裝置，而且在我們訪問期間，房間裡異常寒冷。早餐是非常好的自助餐，有很多水果、麥片、烘焙食品、雞蛋、早餐肉等。總而言之，我們強烈推薦德沃夏克酒店，因為它的舒適度、位置和特色。

Our driver said that the hotel's name means Krumlov is a fairy tale, and I think the name suits this place! It was charming and the room was absolutely amazing! There is no lift, but the view from our top floor room was definitely worth the climb. We arrived about four hours before check in, but the proprietor was able to get us into our room almost immediately. Overall we had a wonderful stay here, and would definitely stay here again!

The town is beautiful. The hotel is lovely. I walked in so excited to be there. The staff was checking people out so I waited. When it was my turn I asked to just store my luggage as it was too early for check in. She snapped at me that I shouldn’t have come during check in and if I wanted to see the town that day I should have booked the previous night. I was so sad. I ended up taking my luggage and getting lunch next store (it was 10:40, not like it was 7am.) I took the bus from Linz so I didn’t get to choose my arrival. Also there were silver fish bugs in the bathroom as other reviews have noted. Finally the card with the keys says breakfast is 6:30. I waited until 6:30 and was again snapped at that it’s 7. Then 10 minutes later they let other guests in. Room and view were lovely as were some staff, but I’ve honestly never felt so unwelcome and couldn’t wait to leave.

在小鎮廣場中心。非常方便。布拉格這邊天天吃豬肘子，我有點不習慣。青菜太少了。酒店的服務員都很熱情，也很好。總的來說還是非常好的。

Hotel location is good, short walk from the bus station and to Old Town. Room is quaint and clean. Bathroom looks newly updated. L'Occitane toiletries is a plus. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies at reception on the morning of March 23 (sorry, we failed to get their names) who provided us umbrellas for our walk back to the bus station. Breakfast buffet choices were varied and was good.

城堡景觀公寓的美妙體驗！我們可能擁有整個建築群中最好的單元，位於底樓（除了通往浴室的兩個台階外沒有其他台階）、漂亮的客廳、小廚房區、臥室和可欣賞城堡美景的大陽台。並非所有房間都能看到風景，但這在他們的網站上有明確說明。我們的房間一塵不染、安靜且設備齊全。床很舒服，毛巾又好又蓬鬆。我們了解到，自大流行以來，該房產有了新主人，他們擁有所有新的床墊和家具。轉角處有一家雜貨店，可以滿足您的所有需求。然而，我們正在尋找早餐，所以他們推薦了廣場拐角處的一家很棒的餐廳，即正宗咖啡館，這是一個可愛的空間，提供按菜單點餐的美味全套早餐。雖然不便宜，但品質很高，我們真的很喜歡。我們到達的第一天很冷，因為鎮上還沒有打開秋季暖氣，但在丹尼爾和酒店的催促下，他們打開了暖氣，所以我們感到很舒服。很高興他們的浴室裡有一個加熱毛巾架。他們告訴我，他們提供從布拉格到維也納的豪華 SUV 私人接送服務，我們利用了這項服務。費用與CK Shuttles 差不多。飯店的丹尼爾提供了接送服務。他很友好，很友善，我們很高興在美麗的車道上認識他。他會根據需要沿途停下來。他在開車時和我們住宿期間對我們照顧得很好，超出了職責範圍。他是一顆寶石！強烈推薦！

Sehr gute Lage, direkt an der Moldau und man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten im historischen Zentrum und beim Schloss. Es ist ruhiger als direkt im Zentrum, abends wird aber trotzdem direkt bei der Unterkunft gefeiert, bei offenem Fenster schlafen war für uns nicht möglich. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, es gibt viel Stauraum. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Zufahrt ist allerdings sehr eng. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung, aber nichts besseres. Man hat allerdings einen schönen Blick zur Moldau und Mantelbrücke. Es gibt eine kleine Spielecke im Frühstücksraum.

不敢恭維，服務生硬或者基本也沒服務，可能是在CK小鎮的景區內，反正客人源源不斷，至少我不會再去第二次，截止我發這段評論，酒店也沒把剩餘按金部分退給我，差不多70多歐元，郵件寫過去等於石沉大海，如果説優點，那就是酒店在景區入口處，進出交通方便而已

We booked a room with a front patio in this accommodation. We checked in around 9pm after a 2.5hr drive so we were very tired, so after taking a shower we went straight to bed. Around 9am we had already checked out of the room. We were told that we could leave our car in their parking for the day so we could visit Cesky Krumolov on foot and so we did. At around 11am we received a call from the owner of the property stating that we damaged the door that leads to the patio, and that they called the technician (that's what he called him) who went onsite and inspected the said door and said that the damage is the outcome of misuse!! We were enjoying ourselves at this little village but as soon as we received this call we got worried so we decided to leave and return immediately to the accommodation to see what was the matter and speak to this so called technician. In less than 15mins we were back but no 'technician' was there and no damage was shown to us. There was only the guy managing the place and he call the owner over the phone. They kept insisting that we had to pay 500KC for the damage, but we were sure we didn't do any damages. I was left speechless, how one can damage a door only by opening it to go out on the patio we paid for and have some fresh air!!! The owner insulted my husband saying that he was dishonest and my husband draw his attention that if we had made any damages we won't have left our car there to return for it in the evening! Moreover we would have draw attention ourselves and pay for the damage if anything of this sort had happened! I started feeling that we were being scammed, and also remembered I read similar stories while doing my search before our visit, so I told my husband to go get the car and leave while I blocked the automatic gate so they don't close it and block us inside, which in fact they try to do. I assure you that it was a horrible situation and was on the point to call the police but I did not have my mobile with me. Shamelessly he started shouting in my face to call the police. To cut a long story short, at the end the owner told my husband who was still on the phone with him that we could leave but not to leave a bad review online!! AS IF!!! To add insult to injury during this heated conversation the owner said that he saw me (i was in the room at night) struggling to open this door! Thinking about it later I wonder if guests are being illegally watched while in the privacy of their room!! I must add that we are a couple in our late forties and we are in the same rental business in our country so we treat others' property as we would like our property be treated!! This ruined completely our visit to this lovely village Cesky Krumolov as we then decided to leave but thankfully we did our best not to ruin the rest of the day and holiday. Few hours later we noticed that they reported us to the booking site we booked our accommodation on, most probably to save guard themselves from our bad review o

酒店距離客運站不遠，下車後步行大約10分鐘，唯一的缺陷是酒店位於地勢高位，拖着行李真的是累炸了。在路上會路過一個觀景點。酒店本身環境很好，步行到CK小鎮也是5-10分鐘就能到入口。早餐非常的豐盛。
