Arrived at midnight, having made the reservation on my smartphone in the car about 3 hours previously and forgetting to mention my husband's temporary disability. Walked in with my husband limping using a cane and the first thing the front desk clerk said was, "It looks like a second floor room might be a problem; we don't have an elevator" and promptly switched us, without even asking, from a second floor king to a double double handicapped room on the first floor. The outside door lock near our room was very touchy and sometimes didn't work at all and the breakfast was OK - nothing special, but the beds were good, the hot water plentiful and overall a very good budget lodging.
