城市小屋飯店-開普敦大西北(City Lodge Hotel GrandWest)

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Cape Town, easily accessible, clean and the staff were all very friendly and accomodating for all our requests. The rooms are of good size, we ended up not eating purely cause we rested so well. Quiet area. Outside the hotel we took some beautiful pics and had dinner at some of the restaurants and watched the rugby.I will definitely stay here again

Ottima struttura abbastanza vicina ad aereoporto , per non più di una notte , si accese a negozi e ****** in sicurezza . Per più notti assolutamente scegliere il water front V&A . Noi abbiamo soggiornato li perché arrivati tardi e dovevamo ritirare auto per ripartire .

Very nice and friendly service and comfortable clean beds. Staff wiling so help. Children friendly. Peaceful and safe place to stay. Good food and a good selection of food and drinks. Warm coffee and food. Free safe parking. Takeaway coffee to go.

I was pleased that I was allowed to check in early when I arrived sooner than I had planned. The staff were friendly and helpful and most accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the suggestions about saving water as we live in a water scarce country. All in all, a wonderful experience which I would repeat.

The hotel is convenient located close to the Airport. The room had a bath tub which we appreciated. But that is about the only positives there is a staircase as we had quiet a bit of luggage it was not pleasant carrying all the bags up and the staff just stood looking at us trying to get all the luggage upstairs with no assistance or help.

Helpful staff and very convenient location. The cleaning staff were understanding about times of cleaning and always pleasant. The front desk staff made arrangements for my extension of stay. They ensured i did not have to move rooms.

Room too far from reception/dining. Am slightly handicapped and special parking blocked off.

Room was beautiful, kept beautiful and Mr Rowaine at the reception was so kind and helpful. He also assited me when i was struggling with my luggage when we booked in. He also time after time chatted with me and even made me feel at ease as i suffer with surgecal pains and always down.Thank you again Mr Rowaine, our stay at the lodge was very nice
