Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les villas sont toutes plus incroyables les unes que les autres la vue est folle et les services tous parfaits. Le personnel est au petit soin. Nous avons adoré le séjour. Nous recommandons plus plus pour séjour en famille ou entre amis

Tampah hills was amazing such a good experience the view from our villa was amazing we stayed in the 4 bedroom villa layang 20 minutes from Kuta with a great few restaurants perfect for a family holiday will be back again Thankyou for having us

Staying in Tampah Hills, was like staying over at a friends place. We stayed as a group of four friends, each having their own room. And the service was like being taken care of by people we’ve known for a long time; with a perfect mix of being attentive and relaxed. Two of the nights we requested food off-menu and the team prepared a family style meal that was amazing. Nothing over the top, just the way you want to share a meal with your friends. Nobody in my group plays tennis, so it was great to get paired with a guest from another villa to play tennis a few morning. We also went surfing a few days, snorkeling another, both were great, but just hanging out by the pool taking in the ocean and recharging and getting a massage, was probably the best activity one could imagine. I’m planning to come back with the family!

We stayed at Villa V 6 adults wow what an amazing view. The villa is stunning however the kitchen lacked all the cooking utensils to enable you to cook for 6 adults. Plus it needs a microwave. However the staff are amazing and come to cook and prepare your breakfast which is delicious. The aircon in the main bedroom didn't work despite us letting the manager know. Also the infinity pool is beautiful however there is a part which is dangerous any one could fall or break their foot if not careful. This villa is not suitable for anybody who struggles to walk as 2 bedrooms are downstairs.

Nous étions à Villa V. La vue est juste incroyable et la villa superbe à grand potentiel. Clairement encore en rodage et on sent que tout n'est pas fini sur place (dans le complexe avec la dizaine de villas).  Très étonnant : les chambres du bas ne sont accessibles que par un petit chemin et pas par la villa (pas pratique et pas génial avec des enfants jeunes).  Ça a déjà mal commencé il y a eu erreur dans la voiture qui est venue nous chercher au port (à  2h30 de route). Ils s'étaient trompé et on a dû sur la route changer, tout une histoire. Le Butler qui nous accompagnait était de bon niveau et nous avons eu une belle journée de découverte de Lombok.  Le pique nique sur leur plage privée très sympa, le complexe sportif très bien (nous avons fait un padel tennis).  Le barbecue sur la terrasse était de très bon niveau et bien préparé. Hélas pleins de "détails" pas acceptables à ce niveau de prestation.  - précision moyenne et temps de réponse longs vs les questions, les excursions et l'organisation générale. Plusieurs interlocuteurs qui ne se parlent pas vraiment entre eux.  - piscine trop froide. Elle est juste magique du coup quel gâchis de peu se baigner. - nourriture moyenne et pas pratique (petite carte pas de restaurant sur place etc...) + le temps que les plats arrivent c'est quasi toujours froid - des retards permanents (livraison petit déjeuner avec 50 minutes de retard, 30 minutes pour la voiture pour aller à l aéroport etc...)
