酒店早餐很豐富,就是房間的沒有辦公桌,衹有個小圓桌,辦公久了比較累

In regards of your feedback, we would like to clarify several matters to you, Sir. The hotel was under the renovation since 2020 and finished on 2024. On June 1st 2024, we had our soft opening with few hotel facilities are not fully opened.In regards of the bad odor at the hotel, our Engineering team is following this matter closely to ensure the issue will be solved. While for the bathroom linen such as towels, our Housekeeping team always replace the dirty towels and linens with the new ones. May we know if you have reported this matter previously to our team ?Lastly, our location is actually located in a local culinary area in Jakarta. The hotel is also very close with many tourist destination places such as Cathedral church, Istiqlal mosque, Lapangan Banteng and National Monument (Monas). Should you feel much convenient staying near shopping centers and offices, we would suggest you to visit our sister properties such as Pullman Thamrin Jakarta. Takeaways food can be delivered to our lobby as long as the delivery was made to our Concierge team. Due to safety reason, any sharp object cannot be loaned to our guests.
