Check-in price was higher than what I booked through *******. They would not honor my reservation for 3 nights at the ******* rate. I had to pay the higher price. No other hotels in the area so I was stuck. Assistant manager would not do anything about the matter. Terrible experience with hotel and *******.

Nicely renovated and well-kept property. Pretty quiet overall. This was important to me as I was attending a family funeral. This property was perfect for my stay in St. Thomas. One thing I didn't like was the lack of the lack of a safe in the room.

Well maintained property. Rooms were clean and fairly spacious. Reasonable rates and fairly conveniently located. Sightseeing and shopping are near but not within walking distance.

the room wasn’t properly cleaned before we checked in, there was chocolate and dirty socks left underneath the bed.
the lady at the reception on saturday june 15th was very rude and impatient and not just to me but to other customers as well
