होटल बहुत अच्छी जगह स्थित है न्यू दिल्ली रेलवे स्टेशन के पास ,होटल का रूम बहुत साफ और स्वच्छ है रूम बड़ा है और जरूरी फर्नीचर भी है । होटल के स्टाफ का व्यवहार बहुत अच्छा है । dk Kumar बहुत अच्छे से गेस्ट का स्वागत करते है ।

We initially booked this hotel for a half-day stay. Later, when our train got delayed, we approached the reception and extended our booking to a full day by paying the additional charges they requested. However, at 9:30 pm, we received a call from the hotel staff stating that our booking had ended, and if we wished to stay, we would need to pay more. Despite repeatedly explaining that we had already extended our booking and paid the extra amount, they refused to acknowledge this and continued demanding more money.
