I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunstar Residency, and it was an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure all my needs were met. Located in densely populated area karol bagh ,Delhi. I stayed here some years back. Nothing special about rooms and decor of property. Rooms are good but don't expect much. Breakfast - average. They provide food service on roof top of hotel. Its good for dinner. They serve freshly cooked daal ,veg etc ,which is good in taste. Overall it's a good city hotel fit for solo travellers. Family may consider it if they have some work in Karol bagh, Gaffar market. Another plus point may be location is not very distant from New Delhi Railway station ,Cannught place and Rajiv Chowk metro station. However ,please don't expect much.

Hotel booking was easily accessible. I reached the hotel at about 1300 hrs. All helping staff except receptionist were away on lunch so i had to bring my luggage from cab to the hotel reception. Then two of the boys were called to drop my luggage to the room. Upon enquiring them about the tea, i was told that it will take minimum 30 minutes to get the tea, so i left without having a tea. Water was continuously flowing in the flash, when flash liver pressed the water was coming out through liver

Around 30 mints cab distance from the railway station of new delhi. Big size room and queen size bed were few plus points for us. Food served was good. Overall had a decent experience.

Hotel was hardly maintained. Everything was worn out and dusty. Sofas had holes, floor unclean, bathroom unclean, balcony and curtains dusty. Total disappointment.

I Stayed in Room No 401 For 2Days Room is good for small family and Staff was aslo good Mr Akash is Very Polite person and afcourse,Guddu ji Nitin ji Gourd ji so helpful person and I'll suggest to my all relatives for this hotel 😍 thanks for everything,All the best see you Again 😊

Good one.. staff was too good specially thanks to Mr Nitin. Manager is very soft corner in nature and has friendly and Smily staff.food Quality is very good. Location is too good. Over all had good experience.worth staying here. We ll definitely plan to visit soon..
