I had paid more than 2k for this hotel in online booking and when I reached there I felt very cheated. The facility is poorly maintained and services are pretty poor. The intercom wasn't working and I was communicating with the reception via the number on internet by my personal mobile. The facility is inferior to a sub standard hotel in a tier 3 city. The ***ager told me to go ahead and review this as he could do nothing to improve the services. I ordered mineral water but was told to pay up front. The bedsheets were stained with water like substance and locks were loose. I felt very unsafe with my family there. I checked out in the morning as early as possible to get away from the small rooms as I was claustrophobic.
