Vreselijke en vieze kamer. Wij zijn dezelfde dag vertrokken. Alles is kapot en werkt niet. Het is absoluut niet aan te raden.

Good place- but the laundry service was extortionately priced. Also my wake up call was late and they didn’t clean my room on the day like I asked. Hence the lower score. Otherwise it was good.

This hotel is a joke. They charged me ~80 USD for a night but the quality is way far from that value. The room smell is so terrible that I asked the staffs to do something. They promised to but nothing happened. I ended up spraying perfume to the bed and pillows to get some sleep. Hot water is limited. I almost got freezed taking a shower.

What is disliked about this hotel are rooms. No natural lights that can enter the rooms. Rooms are closed from all sides except door.There are no windows either. Hotel is very conveniently located in Karol bagh area and food is OK.

The service was good. Staff was also friendly. We were accomodated to the room of our choice. Help was provided with keeping the luggage. Breakfast buffet was also good. The overall ambience and environment of the hotel was also family friendly. Would definitely recommend it.
