We choose this Heritage hotel for our last nights in India, and it was quite disappointing. Reservation was confusing as even after we settled full pre-payment, we still received email requesting us to pay. Before booking, please note that Hotel is not accessible by car (as in very narrow lane) and it was not mentioned whilst booking. Upon check out, staff very kindly helped us to bring our luggage but upon arrival (after a long journey) we had to carry ourselves suitcase as Hotel can not be reached if you don’t have Indian sim card to call (no whatsapp contact). Location in central in Old Delhi but be aware but there is no restaurant or shops around so you have to eat at the Hotel only. Check-in was nicely done and staff was quite friendly. However, they forgot to bring our luggage to the room and we had to phone the Reception after 15minutes. The room was nice at first, and nicely decorated, but we could not sleep early as they played traditional music very loud in the lobby. Bathroom maintenance was poor, ceiling looked like nearly falling, amenities were not freshly set and flush was bringing dirty & black water. After breakfast, we were warned that some power cuts may be happening during the day, which was fine as we were going for a tour. However, electricity was not back when we returned at 6pm. A Hotel charging 200$+ should have a generator. Dinner was therefore served in the dark with lights coming back intermittently like disco light, extremely uncomfortable and causing headache. Our meal took one hour to be delivered, and nothing was offered (snacks, amuse bouche or drinks. Plate presentation was non-existent and both dishes were tasteless. By far our most expensive meal in India and the worst. One our first morning, breakfast staff asked to fill up Guests comment card. When we declined as we were only at half of our stay (and therefore making more sense giving upon departure), the waiter insisted as he “had target from his management to fill up”. So, we did. Upon departure we were asked TWICE again to fill up comment cards again. We will not stay here again.
One of the best experience I have ever experienced in my life ... Better than Oyo and other sites for hotel booking. All the equipment were too good and always available for the customer. The service was also very good. Staff members were too yoo polite with the customers.
Забронировали отель. Добирались до него из аэропорта на метро. Ну так случилось. Без наличных и без связи. Сложность найти отель. Он находиться не на улице, а во дворах. Сам отель достаточно чистый. Приветливый персонал. Кстати помогли с оформлением сим-карты и с разменом наличных. Так же удобно было расплатиться картой русского банка с платежной системой union pay. В самом номере достаточно чисто. Сантехника в плохом состоянии, но это Индия. WiFi работал прекрасно. Удавалось фильмы посмотреть. Завтрак скудноватый, возможно мы могли попросить больше и лучше, но мы не говорим по английски, да и заморачиваться не хотелось. (Завтрак был включен, чай был вкусный) Рядом с отелем нет ничего )) у меня всё ))
I had a stay at this hotel four nights, my experience was good ,rooms were neat and clean , staff was helpful all the time ,they are ready to help , nice hotel . Management staff of the hotel are very humble. Nice hotel indraprastha at Delhi.

First of all thanks to staff members they all deal with us very politely and also in a good behavior. They are all good. My colleagues are also very happy. And bed room service is too much good. A class ac room and well neat and clean every facilities is provided by staff. After all food facilities and food quality is very good it was very delicious and fresh food. If you are gonna go as a couple then the hotel staff will ask for IDs from each and every one of you. You boys can take a room and tell the hotel staff that your friends may visit you in the hotel so please call me when they arrive. Read all questions about the rooms (1)
訪訪客用戶The ac will be turned off by the hotel and you have to often ask them to switch it on. There was no continuous water supply throughout the day. We have to notify them about the shortage of water. And there is no hot water supply. Wi-fi is very weak wasn't working at all. The food is quite good and available even late at night.
