來過這裏突然預訂。但是享受設施已經太晚了。停車區很小,所以有些車停在大堂前的pararel。我的第一個房間很臭,他們說用橡膠密封膠,但我認爲太多了。還有我的第二個房間,但這更好。一些區域,房間和走廊需要觸摸和小細節。房間的景色不錯,但如果您留在道路視圖(前側),您會聽到中夜後交通的噪音。友好而樂於助人的員工。總有一天會回到這家酒店。謝謝Whiz Prime Bogor Padjajaran!

Staying 2D1N at mirah for business purpose, workshop meeting. Honestly i have a good impression in the first sight. Nice lobby and the hallway to their restaurants and meeting room. Their menu in the restaurant is good. Especially their chicken noodles and rawon.. But i kind of dissapointed with their room facilities. Lack of electricity plug, and amenities. I stay in room in old tower (3 digits) room, and they provide soap bar at the bathroom for bath. When i call the operator to ask for the liquid soap, the give it but the package is not look like a new one.oh, and they dont have a hair dryer at the bathroom i hope they can upgrade their amenities for better experience of staying at mirah hotel. Because honestly i feel like staying at 3 stars hotel, not 4 stars hotel.
I stayed a night & highly recommend for the room. It was spacious, clean & comfortable. I had a good rest here. The hotel had a central location being across from the Bogor Botanical Gardens & a 20min walk to Suryakencana (Chinatown). Also, the front desk staff was friendly & helpful. Will be back.
We went to accompany our mom to her yearly reunion and mrs Sucy provide us many activities. My mom have a great lunch and blast karaoke with her friends. The restaurant and garden environment vibe are fantastic, prayer room also provided. Recommended to go again👍
We spent our christmast in here. When we came there is no room for double bed so they upgrade our room to superior king with bathup and large room. The staff so friendly. They have pool, kid activity room ,lounge and cafe. Everything was so execellent, our daughter enjoyed her time in Hotel Salak eventhough when we came the weather was rainy day but she still could play water in bathup room . Thank you

MmrpenyiarI am not surprised that the last Tripadvisor review made for this hotel was more than two years ago in 2019. Conventioneers dominate the type of clientele this hotel attracts Let's start with the good points: Central location, clean rooms, view of the nearby mountain, and proximity to fast-food restaurants plus the famous Botanical Gardens. If you're a regular tourist then you will be annoyed by the convention-goers and their mob-like behavior as they dominate the buffet and outdoor dining area / pool. This hotel has plenty of cleaning staff but be informed that they are uncharacteristically dressed in black. We stayed for three nights, and every morning around 10am about 12 cleaning staff would sit on the floor in front of my 5th-floor elevators. Eventually realizing they were hotel staff, my wife and I became less startled each morning as we alighted the elevators after breakfast. A different kind of surprise was visible in the afternoons as similar staff dressed in black can be seen sitting on the emergency stairs while smoking and chatting as we waited for the elevators to come. I don't know what is worse: chairs & staff routinely present in the emergency stairwell or the fact they are smoking and looking back at us as we wait for those elevators. My blue-colored toothbrush was thrown away one day as it sat next to the wash basin among the white-colored complimentary hotel toiletries. Sure, the bristles looked worn, but I think it is my decision whether I should throw it away or not. Ironically, an empty water bottle was not thrown away that same day. Lastly, do be aware that the hotel feels old although the walls are clad in marble. The utensils feel worn and are sometimes still dirty. Having said that, if you study your potential hotels before visiting a city, then the Royal Hotel in Bogor is not your type of accommodation; at any price. You deserve better.
