Juanita was certainly the face of this hotel; her presence is an asset. Fast checkin, advised us all hotel amenities and didn’t need to ask anything. Room was clean, comfortable; bath had fluffy towels and plenty of hot water! Pool was excellent and our grandson loved it. Breakfast was great. Checkout was a breeze

This hotel was incredibly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall it seemed like a very ordinary place. Everything was fine but somehow gave the sense of being done a bit on the cheap --- maybe because it has been a while since I stayed in a HIE. Breakfast was available at 5:30 which was good for us early risers, and it still features the cinnamon rolls. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location was ok although there didn't seem to be many restaurants close by. Being a rainy cold night, we ordered in and had to rely on Door Dash since anything nearby didn't deliver. Price was very reasonable.

Everything was very nice. The room was modern and up to date. Nice continental breakfast. In and out. No problems. Very satisfied. It was quiet. I appreciate quiet! The people who were working there were very nice. The coffee availability was very good and convenient to me room

Worse hotel ever don’t expect clean linen on the beds, I cut my trip from 3 days to 1 as the room didn’t feel clean shower had boogers on the wall and linen look like it was just made up from previous guest.

They Don’t have housekeeping! Room smelled like old man with ring around the collar. Filth, stay away! I spent $200 for two nights. $200 is one week of my own mortgage. I expect my trash taken out and clean towels every night. If I use a clean towel every day at home I expect a clean towel every day on vacation. This place is nasty and disgusting. The pool is broken and so is the hot tub. Stay away it’s not worth your money. I should’ve paid no more than 50 bucks. Hope I don’t leave a tetanus. I did call down to front desk- was told no housekeeping on the weekends and it is t even everyday during the week…. I don’t even know if this was cleaned prior to check in.. nasty
