塔斯曼度假公園 - 奧爾巴尼(Tasman Holiday Parks - Albany)

This park is a quiet park just out of Albany. The sites are drive through which makes for easy access and many have ensuites. Facilities are clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. The camp kitchen looked clean and us a reasonable size, however we didn’t use it. I wound definitely stay here again.

Great accomodation, we stayed in a chalet and were upgraded to a superior chalet which was a bonus. Clean, plenty of cooking appliances, towels etc comfortable beds, even a fireplace. Friendly staff. Good facilites. Close to the centre of town, only 9 km to the wind farm.

The park was full when we stayed. We felt very exposed and were camped next to people who had their annex/chairs looking directly at us/into our van. Try to avoid site at end of a row. The toilets were insufficient - 3 ladies and 2 men’s for the entire park. I felt really uncomfortable using toilet when women were standing chatting/applying makeup directly outside the toilet door.

Really disappointed with my stay here. My food was stolen from the fridge and freezer (management confirmed the theft by reviewing CCTV footage from outside the kitchen). I don't think Tasman does enough to warn customers about potential theft from the fridges. The kitchens should only be accessible via some sort of key or swipe badge system like with the shower rooms (currently anyone can walk in off the street and take whatever they like). It's not enough to have pad locks on the fridges as some customers will not forget to lock up the fridges and freezers. CCTV cameras should also survey the fridges and freezers. One of the staff members said it was against the rules because it would be an intrusion of privacy like with having cameras in the bathrooms. I pointed out this made no sense as people shouldn't be naked in the kitchens. Perhaps security could patrol the property and approach people without some strap or identification to deter intruders. The Wifi also basically does not work. The tent sites are also so small you can hear people in other tents snoring.

Great park in an excellent location handy to all amenities, off the main road easy to find well set out beautifully presented. Park was pretty full for the 7 days we stayed the only downside is that the amenities block isn’t big enough or needs to be cleaned twice a day instead of the once a day within a couple of hours of cleaning it’s a bomb site albeit people should clean up after themselves as well.

The accessibility to the parkwas great. It was not in a busy location, which was nice. Still in the centre of Albany but not on the main drag. Easy to find for us out of towners, parking right outside our cabin and the bed super comfy. Appreciated the extra blankets in the wardrobe as it got down to 2 degrees one night. Cabin was warm, clean and quiet. The staff friendly on check in and easy drop box for the keys on the way out. We look forward to staying here again.

Hébergement très propre refait avec du beau mobilier sauf la salle de bain très spacieux. Espace à partagé avec barbecues, four à pizza, frigo, table ect.. très bien aménagé et très propre idem pour les machines à laver et sèche linge

We used to come often and stay at the old Albany Gardens when it was a family owned business where you would enjoy the family feel of such a holiday park, but sadly to say, since it has now all gone corporate, it seems to have lost it's soul since Tasman took this establishment over 6 months ago and now everything feels different and corporate. We shall not return I am so sad to state. We felt let down.
