This allows for the home to be cooled & heated naturally through the water source which is a natural humidifier, something anyone can appreciate in the dry climate of CO! Easy to use and adjust to your temperature needs through the thermostat. *Please note- the swamp cooler has been winterized and will not be turned on until June.*Please note as stated above this property does not have a standard A/C unit. It has a Swamp Cooler which cools the home similar to an A/C, but the air is being pushed into the home through a vent from upstairs and water is pumped into the unit. This unit blows cold air into the home and windows must be cracked in order for this unit to work properly.
