I had a beautiful, spacious room with a wonderful view over the city. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a real comfort during the warm September days. The Wi-Fi connection occasionally dropped, and there was a bit of a shortage of shower gel, but these were minor inconveniences. Breakfast was good in quality, though the selection was not very extensive. One downside was that people were smoking in the breakfast room, which affected the atmosphere. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming - always ready to help with a smile and to make sure guests felt at ease. Their warm approach really enhanced the overall experience. Overall, a comfortable stay in a central location, with just a few small areas for improvement. I would gladly return for the spacious rooms, great location, and especially the excellent service at the front desk.

Perfecte locatie midden in het centrum. Zwembad is ook heerlijk en fijn om te parkeren. Wat echter jammer is, zijn de onafgewerkte zaken in het hotel. Slechts 1 sauna is in bedrijf op lage temperatuur, jacuzzi’s werken niet en het ontbijt is zeker geen 5 sterren hotel waardig. Heel basic. Uitzicht vanuit de kamer is niet aanwezig, kijkt op blinde muur. Op de kamer zijn de bedden vreselijk. Je ligt op een houtenframe met 1 matras erop, en dat matras is van slechte kwaliteit. Slecht geslapen. De regendouche werkt niet, komt allemaal water aan één kant uit. En als je doucht staat de hele badkamer blank. De schroefjes in de douche zijn nu al verroest. Matige algehele kwaliteit en dat is echt jammer. Ik raad niet aan om hier te boeken. Daarnaast vind ik het vervelend dat je bij het uitchecken moet wachten op een kamercontrole, je voelt je daardoor geen gast maar bij voorbaat een crimineel die mogelijk de minibar heeft geplunderd zonder te betalen.

I visited Skopje for the first time and found this hotel by chance when I searched for “center hotel.” I have to say, I’m very pleased with the decision I made. It’s a new hotel, but it managed to meet most of my needs – a good breakfast buffet, an indoor swimming pool, and more. Overall, for a two-night stay, I think it’s a great hotel and a solid choice for anyone visiting the city.

Dies ist ein neu eröffnetes Hotel, das sich noch im Aufbau befindet. Ich habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil das Bild vom Pool in der Beschreibung wunderschön aussah – und es war wirklich so! Mir wurde freundlicherweise kostenloser Zugang zum Pool, zur Sauna und zum Jacuzzi angeboten. Aber was diesen Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht hat, war das außergewöhnliche Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sie begrüßten mich jeden Tag mit einem Lächeln, fragten nach meinem Wohlbefinden und – was mich besonders berührt hat – sprachen mich mit meinem Namen an. Dass sie sich meinen Namen gemerkt haben, hat mir das Gefühl gegeben, nicht nur ein Gast, sondern willkommen und geschätzt zu sein. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte große Fenster mit schöner Aussicht. Das Frühstück war gut. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt dem Rezeptionspersonal am Morgen meines Check-outs. Sie erinnerten mich daran, meinen Reisepass zu überprüfen – und tatsächlich, ich hätte ihn fast vergessen! Dank ihnen habe ich meinen Flug nicht verpasst. Solche aufmerksamen Gesten zeigen, wie sehr sie sich um ihre Gäste kümmern. Ich werde auf jeden Fall zurückkommen – vor allem wegen der wunderbaren Menschen, die dort arbeiten.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to get to popular attractions, restaurants, and shops. room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the air conditioning worked well. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping and the complimentary bottled water provided every day. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. They spoke good English and were always ready to assist with anything I needed, from booking a taxi to giving local recommendations.
