The tourist tax had to be guaranteed before arrival. The amount displayed was CHF 70, but only CHF 1 was debited. This process is strange and only worked with my husband's credit card. Therefore only satisfactory when booking. The apartment's furnishings

The St. Moritz office staff was very helpful with requests for deviation from time of arrival for the key transfer. That was just one of the many gracious responses, including coming to the apartment to answer some minor issues. The level of service and a
