Accueil, très chaleureux… Très bel établissement… Très bonne literie… chambre, très spacieuse… Très bon, petit déjeuner… Un sans-faute pour cet hôtel. Les extérieurs sont spacieux et très agréable… Je recommande vivement. Nous reviendrons prochainement

We stayed at Miura Hotel for what was supposed to be 3 nights with a balcony, booked via their official website for 15,600 CZK. When we checked in, the receptionist offered us a “better deal” — a dinner package for 16,200 CZK. With the balcony surcharge (1,000 CZK), we agreed to a total of 17,200 CZK. We were never clearly told this was only for two nights, and that our original booking would be completely replaced. We assumed we were simply adding dinner to our existing 3-night stay. At no point were we told we’d have to pay extra for the third night. Reception even contacted us during the stay to confirm details, yet never clarified this critical point. The real shock came at checkout when we were charged an extra 6,200 CZK for a night we thought was already included. In total, we paid about 24,000 CZK. And for what? Subpar dinners and a confusing experience that left us feeling misled. We tried to raise the issue, but got no real help. It’s deeply disappointing for a hotel that claims to offer premium service. Would strongly advise others to double-check everything in writing — or better yet, avoid this place altogether.

I stayed one night in June 2022 and played golf at the excellent Celadna Golf Resort nearby. The hotel is a designer gem and I loved the rooms lobby and the wonderful restaurant serving world class food inside and on a terrace facing the golf course. I liked the dinner and breakfast there. it was within 5min walking distance to the club house of the golf course. I am certain to return there.
