Step inside this condo and be greeted by the warmth of two inviting fireplaces, creating a cozy ambiance in both the living area and the master suite. With three bedrooms and ample living space, our condo is perfect for a family retreat or a couples' escape. Wake up to the gentle sounds of nature and savor your morning coffee on the private balcony, where the tranquil lake scenery unfolds before you. Indulge in relaxation at every turn with access to the resort's indoor pool and hot tub. For additional sleeping space, there are two sofa sleepers located in the unit as well. There is a large family room on the upper level of the unit with a desk, a large table, more seating, a tv, and a variety of books. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Utensils provided, along with pots, pans, bakeware, and dishes. There is a fitness room next to the pool area. Things to know: There is a restaurant at the clubhouse on the property. The food is great! There is no elevator for this unit and it is located on the second level. You will need to be able to walk up one set of stairs to access the unit. There is no BBQ grill on site for public use. Names of all guests staying in the unit will be required. No animals or smoking allowed. If we discover that an animal or smoking has been present, you will be responsible for additional fees.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:-Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am. This is strictly enforced by management. All fish cleaning debris is to be sealed and placed in dumpster..No food or glass containers allowed in pool area.
