錫達城萬豪SpringHill飯店(SpringHill Suites Cedar City)

Todo en general estuvo Excelente solo al final pedi mi Comprobante de pago y no me lo entregaron me lo enviaron por correo electrónico pero me llego en ceros no esta desglosado el cobro y lo necesito para los impuestos

Staff were nice, but everything else.....nope. There was no parking available because they allow guest to park sideways with trucks/trailers, I had to park a few blocks away. Indoors, smelled soooo bad, the whole floor did. The room, stains all over the carpet and sofa, the cabinets were disgusting. I am not sure how this place has good reviews (which was why I booked it in the first place). I guess people are blind or nowhere near clean as some. Will not be staying here again, ever.

Affordable, good size clean room. Small kitchenette was a bonus. Breakfast was very simple but tasty. Will stay here again. (Best thing you can say about a place, right?)

Short but "suite". Front desk very cordial, professional and helpful. Room was clean and perfectly comfortable. Nice to have a fridge and coffee maker, thank you. Breakfast was hot, good and enjoyable. Eating area was kept clean. We were greeted in the hall by employee, always welcomed. Thank you for a most pleasant stay.

Your needs need a up grade, and also your t.v, was so irritating to change channels. Other than that everything was great.

Arrived at 3:10PM to check in was told room was not ready. Was told to come back in 30 minutes. When I arrived to check in the second time I was told that my room was ready minutes after I was told to leave and come back. Booked a room expecting it to be a suite like the photos on the site since it's called Springhill Suites and got placed in a handicapped room where it’s a regular hotel room but the couch faces the bed and NOT the TV. I’m not handicapped. Both of the toilet paper rolls had enough TP for 2 wipes. We used the tissue. At 8:30AM housekeeping was already knocking on every door to see who was still there. Check out is at 12PM. They then stopped by at 10AM to see if we had left and acted all surprised when I answered. I like to stay at SpringHill Suites when I travel, but avoid the one in Cedar City

Our stay was okay and the room was average. The carpet needed to be cleaned and the comforter needed to be washed.

Nice room and breakfast. Would stay again.

My wife and I have severe arthritis in all of our joints and we selected this hotel because they advertised a pool and spa. Neither the pool or spa was open due to renovations. This was NOT listed on their website. The hotel offered this elderly couple to walk down the road to the Holiday Inn because the hotel had an agreement to let us in, it January and there is snow on the ground and the hotel expected us to walk. I asked for a discount but was not given one, when I asked for the manager I was told I would be contacted but that never happened.
