"For our wedding anniversary and my birthday we chosed Tuscany, a place we've dreamt visiting. But Lorenzo, the owner of this business, made sure our joy and celebrations were ruined before even reaching Italy. I made a booking enquiry via email but didn't receive all emails. After I noticed there was no email reply, I called the resort from my mobile number several times and I was told someone will call me back. No calls back. I decided to pay for accommodation online amd wrote an email where I expressed my disappointment- and the allegations started one after another. I was called "rude", a "liar", I was asked to apologise and finally the owner CANCELLED our booking, o location chosed by my wife. In his emails, Lorenzo said he called me on WhatsApp. I don't have WhatsApp installed on my phone. What type of business is it not to afford to call as I called? And even if I had WhatsApp installed, how you call.back a customer on WhatsApp?? The core of all this was because the owner didn't believe me I don’t use WhatsApp. He even said "Don't try to offend my intelligence as you have whatsapp on your number". I only received 1 email reply, but not the rest. Maybe there was a error in their system, I don't know. When I said to him I will share my experience on TripAdvisor, he stated: "Sharing this experience will demonstrate to the people who will read, only how pushy and rude you have been". I don't know why a stranger is calling me rude when I expressed my disappointment that I've been ignored and pushy for what? That I've paid €480 to celebrate my family's events? This behaviour coming from the owner of the resort is unacceptable in the hotel industry. He has no knowledge about "customer care", nor how to respect someone who is willing to pay a lot of money for our stay. Stay away from this type of business conduct."

"Hotel Massimo was a great pleasant surprise both in terms of customer service and hotel quality. First I made a mistake of the reservation date and the hotel staff immediately helped to update the booking without additional charge. Second, when I request for a room change to a quieter area of the hotel, I was attended to promptly with a small charge of 10 euros to upgrade the room. "Small, friendly park, clean and well maintained. Such a shame about the pool area- we are a family of 15, hired 4 bungalows. We had a lovely time. We have had take seat several times which has been lovely. Staff generally very friendly. Only issue, complaint is that there is an area for chilling by the pool.you could hire sun longer for 9 euro per day for 2 beds and a shade or go to grass area. For nearly 2 weeks we brought beach chairs and used them no issue. However earlier today life guard approached and advised were were not allowed to use them stating that it was not allowed. It’s the same life guard who has been here for the last few days. He came over with a cigarette in his hand to tell us not to sit in chair. They suggested using a beach towel but we already have quite alot of bites and want to avoid sitting in grass! One of the party has been bitten and has lymes disease. I think it’s understandable we want to avoid the grass especially when we are causing no harm. We are sitting out the way of everyone in quiet area!!! Seemingly the weight of a sun longer is okay on the grass but weight of a small beach chair is not. Makes no sense! Such a shame."

"We stayed in the room with a patio and found the very comfortable solution. In fact you are literally on the beach and a few steps from the shadow. You can access your room at any time quickly. The fridge bar provided every day is also comfortable, don't lose time at the bar if you're thirsty, you can just take a fresh drink. The breakfast available all morning is a good service, the room would need maintenance and the insects, the myrses and not only, which we have found often cannot be said to have a pleasant experience. Not every day used towels have been changed , I mean the small towels for the Bidet. WiFi connection is very often jumping, this can be disturbing if you use a lot. The staff is always very nice and available. I believe that the price is also suitable for service, and we doubt that there is a possible return, initial misunderstandings remain in any case a disturbing precedent, and that has never happened to me in decades. In any case, it was our first experience in Chechnya, and we were very well."
